Program AI courses for WT
It's recommended to be there for the two 1st sessions to harmonize all the basics especially if you've learnt AI by yourself
We'll cover tricky things that not so many people know about, see how AI works and the tendencies in AI outputs that need to be mastered. It’s very hands-on, not only theory ;)
The following sessions will be based on these two first ones and will allow us to go further into more specific use cases.
These are the sessions where we'll gradually build up processes customized to your needs and narrow down our selection around the most useful tools.
We'll move strategically in order to:
Distinguish tasks that can benefit from AI and those which can't that much
Gain speed and efficiency in recurrent necessary (boring ;) tasks
Gradually and strategically automate (parts of) processes
Create guard rails to maintain safety and quality in delivery
And discover / select methods and tools to help us with:
Remaining safe (RGPD, AI-Act, Cybersecurity)
smoothening admin tasks (answering emails, dealing with calendars, getting useful summaries from meetings...)
doing deep research
collecting data & analyzing data
creating content onto different formats (presentations, reports, graphics, videos, you name it...)
Better interacting internally (team work) and externally (prospects, clients...)
We'll get hands-on during sessions. Some examples of activities:
researching reliable data, cleaning and analyzing data
creation of content on different formats (create a website in ten minutes, a presentation in five, social media publications...)
repurpose existing content for different audiences (making a proposal, finding prospects, interacting with clients...)
According to your needs and ecosystem of choice , we will be able to explore a selection of tools (or not ;) among:
Chatbots (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Le Chat...)
Admin specialized tools (note takers, AI-enhanced organization tools... )
Image (& video) generators and editors, website builders, presentation builders, podcast builders ...
Autonomous agents...
